This website is operated by Integrity Contracting, Inc, a general contractor based in Harrison, Arkansas. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Integrity Contracting, Inc, and “you” means anyone using this website.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. They do not cover the construction work we perform, which is governed by a separate written agreement between us and our customer.

You may read this website, print or save pages from it for your own reference, and contact us through it. We ask that you do not:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that interferes with it or with anyone else’s use of it;
• attempt to gain access to any part of the site, or any system or network connected to it, that is not intended to be public;
• introduce malicious code, or attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-copy content from the site for republication or for building a competing service;
• submit false information, impersonate another person, or use our contact forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Everything on this website is general information about the kind of work we do. It is written to help you work out whether to call us.

Nothing on this website is an offer, a quote, an estimate, a price, a guarantee of availability, or a promise about how long a project will take. We do not publish prices. If you want a number, we have to look at your site and your plans, and we will give you an estimate in writing.

Whether we can take on a particular project depends on its scope, its location, our schedule, and what we find when we look at it. Describing a type of work on this site is not a commitment to perform it for you.

Photographs on this site are of real projects. Where we were not the general contractor on a project, we say so on that project’s page — for example, the Valley Springs Fitness Center was led by Davis Construction, and our scope was the steel framework.

Photographs show individual projects and are not a representation that your project will look the same, cost the same, or take the same amount of time. Every build is different, and the differences are usually the point.

Product names and specifications mentioned on this site — including TrueLog™ siding and its fire rating — are those published by the manufacturer of the product. Any product warranty is the manufacturer’s, on the manufacturer’s terms.

When you submit an enquiry through this website, you are asking us to contact you about a project. Please make sure the details you give us are accurate, particularly your phone number — an estimate built on a wrong address is no use to either of us.

Please do not send us confidential or sensitive personal information through the website. A contact form is not a secure channel, and we do not need anything of that kind in order to talk to you about a build.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract between us, does not reserve a place in our schedule, and does not oblige us to take on the work. How we handle the information you send is set out in our privacy policy.

If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we may text you about your project — estimates, scheduling, reminders and updates. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. The full terms of our messaging program, including how we handle your mobile number, are in section 3 of our privacy policy.

The text, photographs, layout, design and code of this website belong to Integrity Contracting, Inc or are used by us with permission. The Integrity Contracting name and logo are ours.

You may link to this website, and you may quote short extracts with attribution. Please do not republish our project photographs or copy substantial parts of the site without asking us first — we will usually say yes, and we would like to be asked.

Third-party names, trade marks and product marks that appear on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to identify those products.

This website links to places we do not run — our Facebook and Instagram pages, and occasionally a manufacturer or a partner. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other end of it.

We try to keep this website available, accurate and up to date, and we correct mistakes when we find them or when someone tells us about one.

We cannot promise the site will always be available or free of errors. Content may be out of date — a service, a photograph or a description may have changed since it was published. If something here matters to a decision you are making, call us and confirm it with a person before you rely on it.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this website at any time, including individual pages and features.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page and publish the revised version here. Using the website after that date means you accept the revised terms.

If anything on this page is unclear, or if you think something on this website is wrong, tell us. We would rather fix it.
