Work with us

We are a five-person company in Harrison that puts up metal buildings across Harrison, Boone County, and surrounding North Arkansas communities. When we need another set of hands, a person reads every application and calls the ones that fit. Apply online below, or just pick up the phone.

What we hire for

Three roles, and a fourth answer

These are the roles this company has hired for. We are not going to list an opening that is not open — call and ask what is going on right now.
  1. 01

    Construction laborer

General site work across residential and commercial builds — site prep, materials, cladding, clean-up, and whatever the day needs.

  2. 02

    Framer

Framing on barndominiums, shouses and custom homes. Most of what we put up is metal; some of it, like the Custom Rustic Barndominium, is wood.

  3. 03

    Heavy equipment operator

Running the machines that set red iron and move dirt. Experience on a telehandler or a lift is worth mentioning when you call.

The fourth answer: if you are a concrete finisher, a roofer, an electrician or anything else that shows up on a build, call anyway. A small company hires the person in front of it more often than it hires a job title.

How to apply

Apply online

Seven short steps. Only your contact details, the role and a signature are required; everything else helps but is optional.

Put the role in the subject line. Plenty of good hands have no résumé, and that is fine.

Have this ready

  • Your name and a number we can actually reach you on.
  • Which of the three roles you are after — or the trade you work in, if it is none of them.
  • Where you have done that work, and for roughly how long.
  • Any certifications you hold: OSHA 10 or 30, First Aid and CPR, heavy equipment tickets.
  • Whether you hold a valid driver's licence.
  • When you could start, and whether you are looking for full-time or part-time.

What we are not asking you for here

We are not asking for your date of birth, your medical history, or a written account of your criminal record before we have even spoken to you. If a conversation turns into an offer, we will talk then about what the job requires physically and about any checks the role calls for — at the point in the process where those questions belong.

Before you call

What the work actually is

So nobody wastes an afternoon.

Outside

Steel erection, framing and cladding are outdoor work in North Arkansas weather. Some of it is at height, on lifts.

Around the county

Job sites move. Most are in Harrison and Boone County; some are further out into the surrounding North Arkansas communities.

Small crews

You will be working alongside people whose names are on this website. There is nowhere to hide on a five-person company’s job site, in either direction.
