Five people, one office on Highway 7, and a business that exists because nobody in Boone County was reliably erecting the metal buildings people were already buying.
How it started
Somebody had to put the buildings up
Ben Bowser was twelve when he started working in his family’s steel roofing and siding business, alongside his father and brothers. He stayed in the trade for more than thirty years.
The family business sold metal buildings. What it could not do was put them up, and customers kept running into the same wall: no dependable contractor to erect what they had just bought. In 2020 Ben started the company that does that work.
The name was the point. It is the standard he wanted held to, printed on the truck where a customer can read it back to you.

Before 2020
Thirty years in steel
Ben Bowser started in his family's steel roofing and siding business at twelve, working alongside his father and brothers. The family sold metal buildings; customers kept asking who would put them up.
2020
Integrity Contracting starts
Ben founded the company to erect the buildings his family's business was selling, and named it after the standard he wanted held to.
2022
Two hires, both still here
Sam Costner joined with a decade of hands-on construction behind him, and Abigail Fiers joined with close to a decade in administration and office management. Both live in Harrison.
2025
Land and a shell building
In February 2025 the company bought land and a shell building for a future headquarters. It was still under construction when that was announced; call us for the current office address before you drive out.
How we work
What you can hold us to
Four commitments, each of them checkable somewhere else on this site. A general contractor cannot honestly guarantee a schedule or a finish, so we are not going to.
- We say which part was ours
- On the Valley Springs Fitness Center we supplied the steel framework on a red-iron building. The project was led by Davis Construction. We were the subcontractor, and our own project page says so.
- We tell you what we do not know
- Where a project on this site has no completion date, square footage or location attached, it is because we have not confirmed it — not because it is being withheld.
- Steel is a choice, not a default
- Most of what we build is metal. The Custom Rustic Barndominium is wood-framed. We will tell you which one your site, budget and intended use actually wants.
- One person owns your build
- Jessie Johnson and Brian Steele run production. Sam Costner estimates and manages. Ben still answers the phone about sales. You will know which of them has your job.
What we build
Residential and commercial
Metal buildings, custom homes, commercial buildings, barndominiums, steel roofing and siding — and the red-iron structural steel underneath them.
Our production managers between them carry more than four decades in the trade. Jessie Johnson has run airport hangars, school gyms, resorts and barndominiums across two decades. Brian Steele has spent more than twenty years in residential construction, working alongside homeowners, architects and contractors on timelines, budgets and materials.
On the commercial side we erect red-iron framework as a scoped package. We supplied the steel framework for the Valley Springs Fitness Center on a project led by Davis Construction, and we replaced the roof, soffit, gutters and downspouts on the Arkansas Game & Fish Pavilion. We also install TrueLog™ metal siding, which carries the look of real wood logs with a Class A fire rating.
We build across Harrison, Boone County, and surrounding North Arkansas communities. If you are not sure whether your site is in range, ask — we will tell you honestly whether we can run a full build there or only the shell.
